We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Venmo and Apple Pay. The rolling fee is paid when booking through this website, while the remaining balance is due after the service.

We kindly request that all appointments be booked through our website, as we do not currently offer walk-in services.

Please bring a valid photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) and your completed Request for Live Scan Service form.

The fingerprinting process typically takes 10–15 minutes. Processing times for background checks vary depending on the requesting agency.

If your fingerprints are rejected due to poor quality, you will typically be notified by the requesting agency and may be asked to retake the fingerprints.

A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for Live Scan services. If you do not have one, you must obtain an acceptable form of identification before your appointment.

If you miss your appointment, you will need to reschedule through our website. Depending on our policy, a rescheduling fee may apply.

We take the security of your personal information seriously. All fingerprints and data are transmitted securely and are handled in compliance with state and federal privacy laws.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds once the Live Scan service has been completed. The outcome of your background check depends on the DOJ and FBI, not our services.

The rolling fee is the charge for the fingerprinting service itself, separate from the DOJ and FBI fees.
